Associate / Senior Associate – 3 – 6 years’ PAE | Global Top Tier Firm

• Outstanding international firm with a suite of tier 1 clients, working with industry-leading Partners with a strong focus on major transactions within the energy and resources sectors.

• Work on a range of public and major private M&A deals, including hostile and agreed bids and schemes of arrangement, equity capital market transactions (IPOs and secondary raisings including rights issues and placements), Takeovers Panel proceedings and general corporate work.

Associate / Senior Associate – 3 – 7 years’ PAE | Specialist Boutique

• Work closely with a highly regarded Partner on energy, infrastructure, and resources deals.
