Commercial Litigation and Insolvency Lawyer – 5–10+ years’ PAE - National firm

• Due to continued growth, this national firm is looking to add a Senior Lawyer with general contractual disputes experience to provide a mix of back-end legal services to its clients, including construction and insolvency matters.

• This opportunity would suit a proactive lawyer looking to work on a range of interesting and complex commercial litigation matters, including managing litigation files, drafting all related documents, appearing in court, and supporting senior counsel. 

• You will be a key member of the team, working closely with other senior practitioners, with strong career growth & leadership prospects and an excellent culture. 

Senior Associate – Commercial Litigation and Insolvency – 5+ years’ PAE – Boutique firm

• Work on complex commercial disputes and insolvency-related litigation, acting for a diverse client base including corporates, insolvency practitioners and high-net-worth individuals.

• Join a well-established, mid-sized practice offering direct partner access, strong mentoring, and genuine progression to partnership for the right candidate.

Lawyer / Associate - Commercial Litigation – 3-5 years’ PAE – National firm  

• A great opportunity for a litigation lawyer to gain hands-on experience working closely with a long-established client. You will advise multinational, ASX-listed and large private clients.

• Manage a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including insolvency, construction disputes, debt recovery, product liability, shareholder disputes, and class actions.

Commercial Litigation Lawyer - 4-8 years' PAE - Boutique firm
