Local Government / E&P Partner – Head of Practice Group

We are seeking an established Local Government/E&P Partner or SC/SA to join a quality firm and build/lead the practice in WA.

With long-established Property, Litigation, and Commercial Law teams, the incoming Partner will join a collegial and supportive environment.

Working across both litigious and advisory work, you will be exposed to a variety of E&P matters, including:

·        Local Government advisory and related law

·        Land compensation claims

·        Environmental impact and contamination

·        Environment and planning policy

·        Regulatory compliance and environmental incidents

·        Related litigation

This position would suit a Partner or SC/SA with experience in Local Government/E&P law from a top/mid-tier or leading boutique firm. We are interested in speaking with experienced Partners or senior lawyers who are ready to take on a leadership role and can bring a transportable fee base of $200k+.

The firm is looking to add multiple practice groups to its ranks over the next 12-24 months, with a clear strategic growth plan to become the leading mid-tier firm in Western Australia.
