Litigation Lawyer

• Preeminent national firm with supportive Partners who are regarded as industry leaders.

• Complex commercial disputes / Significant client contact

• Advise ASX-listed companies, GTEs, and large private companies

We are currently working with a leading national law firm to secure a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 4-8 years’ PAE to join a growing disputes team.

Working with the firm’s long established ASX-listed and significant private client base, you will advise to clients across the follow matters:

• Construction  and resources litigation

• Contractual disputes

• Directors disputes

• Mining and resources litigation

• Property related litigation

The Partners are well-known for being approachable and supportive, investing significant time into training and development with extensive client contact.

We are interested in speaking with lawyers with previous experience in commercial litigation from a national/international or leading boutique firm.
