Senior Litigation & Disputes Lawyer

We are currently working with a specialist advisory firm that is growing its legal group. This firm is offering something a little different from a traditional law firm.

About the role

As part of a small and growing team, you will work closely with the Principal and be trusted to run your own matters with autonomy. You will provide practical and commercially focused advice, helping clients navigate disputes and manage legal risk.

You will work across a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, including contractual claims, employment disputes, shareholder disputes, insolvency matters and regulatory investigations. The role will see you involved throughout the life of a matter, from developing strategy and assessing risk through to drafting, court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations and settlement negotiations.

About you

We would like to hear from lawyers with 5-10 years’ PAE, ideally gained from a leading national, international or a market leading boutique firm. You will have strong general commercial litigation experience and be seeking a role where you can make it your own and run matters with full autonomy, while having support from juniors and the Principal.
