KBE Legal Talent is partnering with a highly regarded specialist law firm to secure a Litigation Lawyer for its growing Perth team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with experience or a strong interest in succession law to join a collaborative and forward-thinking practice. You will work across a diverse range of contentious estate matters, have direct client involvement and be supported to develop your expertise and career within this specialist area.

About the role

Working within an experienced and supportive team, you will manage a varied practice focused primarily on deceased estate litigation. Matters often intersect with other areas of law, including property, corporate, debt recovery, superannuation disputes and guardianship and administration matters.

About you

The firm is open to lawyers from approximately 2 years’ PAE, including candidates with contentious or non-contentious succession experience who are looking to build their litigation exposure. Lawyers from other practice areas are encouraged to apply.

You will be a capable and motivated lawyer who enjoys solving complex problems and providing clients with clear, practical advice.
