Family Lawyers

We are currently working with a highly reputable firm that boasts an enviable reputation in the market and attracts many of WA’s highest profile HNW individuals. This firm is looking for a motivated Family Lawyer with 3–10 years’ PAE, to join a highly supportive team working across rewarding and impactful matters.

Joining a team of experienced lawyers you will advise across a diverse range of interesting and complex Family Law issues including:

• Providing legal advice on separation, divorce applications/processes, handling child support and related advisory work.

• Assisting with the division of complex property matters.

• Providing advice in relation to care arrangements for children, parenting plans and other children’s issues.

• Handling and providing advice in relation to family violence and assisting with applications for FVROs.

• Managing court applications and attending hearings as required.
