Employment and Workplace Relations Lawyer

This is an exciting opportunity for a Associate/Senior Associate to join a busy ER/IR practice within a quality mid-tier firm. This is an excellent career development role working with Partners and Senior Lawyers who pride themselves on providing quality service to their long established client base, with a genuine commitment to their team.

This role will involve extensive client contact with senior members of public and private clients. Drawing on your experience, you will advise clients across:

• Employment contracts, awards and policies

• Workplace investigations, equal opportunity and workplace rights

• OH&S matters

• Industrial action and disputes

The successful lawyer will have 3-8 years’ PAE with exposure to a variety of ER/IR matters, with experience from a national / international or leading boutique firm.

You will be comfortable taking on extensive client contact and have the knowledge and confidence to run matters with autonomy, with the support of a collaborative team behind you.
