KBE Legal Talent has been exclusively briefed to secure a driven mid-to-senior Litigation Lawyer for an established firm known for its strong client relationships, steady workflow, and supportive culture.

The role:

Work alongside well-connected Partners and Special Counsel, managing a diverse mix of both general and complex commercial and estate litigation matters with autonomy (relative to experience). You'll have direct client engagement, advising private clients, SMEs, and HNW individuals across:

• Contested estates disputes

• Contractual, shareholder, and business disputes

• General commercial disputes

Who we’re looking for:

• Litigation Lawyers with 5+ years’ PAE. Prior experience with estates and commercial litigation.

• A commercial mindset and the ability to provide clear, strategic legal advice.

• Proven experience in acting on complex negotiations and disputes.

• Exceptional skills in drafting legal documents including pleadings, affidavits and other court documents.
