Our client is a preeminent national law firm that is seeking an Employment & Workplace Relations Partner for its rapidly growing Perth office.

The firm has a very strong reputation in Perth and nationally as a tier-one group, and continues to emerge as a market-leader across the Australian legal market.

We are interested in speaking with Senior Lawyers with 8-25+ years’ PAE and a transportable client network or established fee base in the vicinity of $500,000-$900,000+, including high-performing SCs and SAs seeking their first partnership opportunity.

You will have significant experience working at a top/mid-tier or leading boutique firm, across both front-end employment advisory and disputes including some or all of the following:

  • Employment contracts, awards and policies

  • Workplace investigations, equal opportunity and workplace rights

  • Recruitment issues, performance and conduct issues, and terminations

  • OH&S matters

  • Litigation and dispute resolution

  • Industrial action and disputes
