KBE Legal Talent has been briefed to secure a driven Wills, Trusts, and Estates Litigation Lawyer for a boutique firm known for its strong client relationships, steady workflow, and supportive culture.

About the role:

Working closely with well-connected Partners and Special Counsel, you will advise on a broad range of complex wills, estates and trust disputes. You will have strong client exposure and the opportunity to manage your own matters with a high level of autonomy.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing contested probate proceedings, including caveats and matters in solemn form, as well as Family Provision Act claims

• Challenging wills, including on the basis of undue influence, lack of testamentary capacity and fraud

• Advising and representing executors, administrators, trustees and beneficiaries regarding their rights and obligations

• Managing superannuation disputes involving deceased estates and broader trust disputes

• Supporting junior lawyers

Who we’re looking for:

We would like to speak with Wills, Trusts & Estates Litigation Lawyers with 5+ years’ PAE. You will have a commercial mindset and the ability to provide clear, practical and strategic legal advice.
