KBE Legal Talent has been briefed to secure a driven Property Lawyer for a growing boutique firm known for its strong client relationships, steady workflow, and supportive culture.

This well-regarded firm advises listed, private, SME and HNW clients and offers a genuinely flexible and family-friendly working environment.

About the role:

Working closely with well-connected Partners and Special Counsel, you have great mentoring and development.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Drafting and advising on strata and community title developments, including applications and structuring advice

• Preparing scheme documentation, including a high volume of by-law consolidations

• Advising on strata aspects of sale and purchase contracts

• Providing general strata advice across a range of client matters

• Supporting senior lawyers regarding both front and back-end strata work

Who we’re looking for:

Our client is interested in meeting with lawyers with 2+ years’ PAE who have strata experience ideally gained in mid-tier, top-tier or leading boutique firms. You will have a commercial mindset and the ability to provide clear, practical and strategic legal advice.
