Employment, Health & Safety Lawyer

This is a new opportunity for a junior lawyer to join a busy ER/IR practice within a quality national law firm. Drawing on your experience in employment law, industrial relations and safety, you will advise clients across:

• Employment contracts, awards and policies

• Workplace investigations, equal opportunity and workplace rights

• Work Health & Safety matters

• Industrial action and disputes

The successful candidate will have 1-4 years’ PAE with exposure to a variety of ER/IR matters, with some previous experience in safety, from a national / international, leading boutique firm or from an in-house, government or quasi in-house environment.

You will be comfortable taking on extensive client contact from early on and have the knowledge and confidence to run matters with some level of autonomy with the support of a collaborative team behind you.
