About the role:

Work closely with a collaborative team of lawyers and a supportive and down-to-earth General Counsel who encourages progression and career development, offering full support and training. You’ll be trusted to work autonomously, run matters with confidence, and handle a broad range of legal issues.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Negotiating high value contracts, including reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, tenders, IT contracts, and service and supply agreements.

• Ensuring compliance and providing advice on legislative and regulatory requirements.

• Providing advice on a wide range of issues including employment, general commercial law, property, construction and dispute resolution on occasion.

Who we are looking for:

This role will suit lawyers with 4-10 years’ PAE, ideally with strong commercial and contract experience, and experience working in-house, in top/mid-tier firms, or in leading boutique firms.
