About the Role:
You will be a trusted advisor to the business - partnering with stakeholders daily, shaping commercial outcomes and contributing to some of the organisation’s most exciting and future‑focused initiatives. This is a hands‑on role where your legal expertise will be valued, visible and impactful.
Day to day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Provide focused advice on a range of commercial and energy‑sector contracts, including operational agreements.
Draft, review and refine documentation such as term sheets, letters, variations and project‑related agreements.
Negotiate confidentiality agreements and third‑party commercial contracts, ensuring balanced and commercially aligned outcomes.
Deliver clear, practical BAU legal support and contract interpretation to business stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the General Counsel, Senior Legal Counsel, the broader legal team and cross‑functional stakeholders on major projects and initiatives.
About you:
