About the Role:

You will be a trusted advisor to the business - partnering with stakeholders daily, shaping commercial outcomes and contributing to some of the organisation’s most exciting and future‑focused initiatives. This is a hands‑on role where your legal expertise will be valued, visible and impactful.

Day to day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Provide focused advice on a range of commercial and energy‑sector contracts, including operational agreements.

• Draft, review and refine documentation such as term sheets, letters, variations and project‑related agreements.

• Negotiate confidentiality agreements and third‑party commercial contracts, ensuring balanced and commercially aligned outcomes.

• Deliver clear, practical BAU legal support and contract interpretation to business stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with the General Counsel, Senior Legal Counsel, the broader legal team and cross‑functional stakeholders on major projects and initiatives.
