Senior In-house Counsel - Property / Construction / Hospitality

An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join one of Australia’s most prominent organisations, working within a best-in-class in-house legal team known for its expertise, influence and commercial mindset.

This role offers the chance to work alongside outstanding lawyers on a portfolio of complex, high-value property, construction and hospitality matters. The work is sophisticated, fast-paced and highly visible, providing exposure to projects and assets that define the Australian market.

You will be a trusted legal advisor across some of the most significant and recognisable developments in Australia and Western Australia, delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

 Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Providing strategic legal advice across property, construction, and hospitality projects in WA and nationally

• Drafting, negotiating and advising on complex contracts, tenders and project documentation

• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to drive successful outcomes

This role will suit a driven, commercially astute lawyer with approximately 8–15 years’ PAE, gained within a top-tier or national law firm and/or a high-calibre in-house environment. You will be motivated by working at the highest level, alongside lawyers who are leaders in their field.

You will be joining one of the most sought-after in-house legal teams in the market, at a time of sustained growth and increasing profile.
