We are currently working with a highly regarded boutique firm that is looking for a commercial / corporate lawyer to join their team. This is an opportunity to join an exceptional team of highly regarded professionals, who service the top end of the market.

Working closely with two of the firm’s Partners, the successful candidate will advise clients across a diverse range of matters, including commercial, contracts, insolvency, business advisory and corporate transactions.

About the role

The role offers the opportunity for the successful candidate to work alongside two outstanding partners and have significant autonomy. We are looking for a candidate who is a confident communicator, is a self starter and has a commercial mindset.

We are interested in speaking with Lawyers with 3-8 years’ PAE from a national/international or leading boutique firm. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial and/or corporate law matters and have a commercial mindset.
