KBE Legal Talent has been exclusively briefed to secure a quality Partner (and their team, if suitable) to join a highly reputable and rapidly growing team of tier-one Family Lawyers.

As a result of implementing a clear and strategic growth and business development plan, this firm/team is aggressively winning market share from their competitors and is set to become a leading Family Law practice for many years to come.

With extensive referral sources across the Big 4, mid-tier accounting firms, and tier-one financial planning firms, this team routinely advises HNWs and C-suite executives with substantial asset bases and complex asset structures.

Following rapid growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Partner or Senior Associate/Special Counsel level lawyer to take on a leadership position within the team/firm.

This growth role will involve working alongside the other established Partners, and advising clients across an array of Family Law matters, including:

·        Complex financial and property matters

·        Children’s matters

·        Divorce and separation

·        Asset protection

·        Adoption

The successful Partner, SA/SC, will possess leadership ability, a desire to train and mentor junior lawyers, exceptional technical skills, a strong reputation in the field, and an interest in business development.
