Energy & Resources - Head of Practice

This preeminent law firm is actively expanding its Energy & Resources and Mining capability in Perth as part of its strategic growth plan.

With a strong reputation across key practice areas – including corporate/M&A, advisory, major projects, litigation & disputes, and energy & resources – the firm is seeking to appoint a Partner or SC/SA to build and lead its E&R group and continue expanding in Perth.

This is a rare opportunity to step directly into a partnership/leadership role, supported by an inclusive and collaborative culture and a significant client network that already generates high-quality work.

You will be instrumental in building the E&R offering in WA while working closely with the firm’s wider team, providing commercially focused legal advice across a wide range of matters.

We are interested in speaking with senior lawyers with 8–25+ years’ PAE, including high-performing SCs and SAs ready to move into partnership.

You’ll be driven to grow your practice, mentor junior lawyers, and play a key role in strengthening the firm’s tier-one reputation.
