Partner & Head of Practice - Property Law

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Law Partner, or ambitious SA/SC, to join a firm widely recognised as one of the fastest growing, quality law firms in the country with a highly innovative approach and one of the best cultures in Australia.

With a national client base and strong pipeline of referral work, the firm offers a platform to establish and grow a successful Perth-based Property Law practice, supported by a progressive leadership team and high-performing local office.

Drawing on your expertise across a broad range of property matters, you will advise major developers, infrastructure companies, and the firm’s existing government clients in relation to:

• Property development and project funding

• Due diligence and major property transactions

• Land access and compensation

• Strata titling and broadacre subdivisions

• Sale and purchase of commercial, industrial, and Crown leasehold properties

• Commercial leasing and asset management

We are seeking experienced Partners or highly experienced SAs/SCs with a proven history of building strong client relationships and an interest in growing a successful practice within a national firm structure.

The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative approach to leadership, a genuine interest in mentoring junior lawyers, and a well-established professional network. A minimal transportable fee base is required, with equity available for senior Partners with larger practices.
