Legal Counsel

We’re seeking a proactive, commercially minded Lawyer with between 1-4 years’ PAE to join a high-performing ASX-listed resources company with international operations.

This broad, hands-on role provides exposure to a range of corporate, commercial, and procurement matters. Working closely with the senior lawyers, you’ll be part of a close-knit team delivering high-quality legal support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts, agreements, and procurement documents.

• Supporting the business with M&A activity, including due diligence.

• Assisting with company secretarial duties and advising on governance and compliance matters across the business.

• Providing general legal support across the business as required.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking to speak with lawyers with between 1-4 years’ experience with strong corporate, commercial or resources experience. You will have experience from top/mid-tier firms or in-house legal teams. You will have a growth mindset, be eager to learn and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
