Senior Associate / Special Counsel – Commercial & Estates Litigation

We’ve partnered with a leading national firm to secure a Senior Associate or Special Counsel who’s ready to dive into estates and commercial disputes that are anything but ordinary.

Join a high-performing team known for advising sophisticated clients on a range of diverse, interesting and complex disputes, and fostering a genuinely collaborative culture. The team is led by a highly respected Partner in the industry, with a strong focus on mentorship, development, and supporting your long-term career goals.

With support from a collegiate team, you’ll manage a mix of estates litigation, such as contested wills and trust claims, executor and beneficiary disputes, family provision disputes. You will also have the opportunity to work on a range of complex commercial litigation matters, primarily in the Supreme Court, covering issues such as debt recovery, breach of contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, insolvency, equitable claims, consumer law, professional negligence, property, construction, and defamation.

We’re keen to speak with senior lawyers with a minimum of 5 years through to 15 years’ PAE with expertise in estates litigation and/or commercial litigation, ideally from a national or mid-tier / boutique firm. For this role, our client is also open to considering candidates from interstate who are looking to relocate to Perth.

You’ll bring sharp drafting skills, a commercial and pragmatic mindset, and a genuine interest in tackling diverse and complex and matters.
