Commercial Litigation - Associate

• Busy litigation practice with impressive client list

• Advise multinational, ASX-listed and large private clients

• Run files and have direct client engagement

We are currently working with a progressive national law firm who is looking to secure a Commercial Litigation Lawyer/Associate, to join their growing team. An opportunity to work on high calibre, “Big Firm” matters within a fast growing national firm. Work with an approachable and friendly Partner and experienced lawyers who are genuinely invested in your learning and long-term success with the firm.

You will manage your matters and have full client engagement along with the opportunity to complete court work if this is an area of interest and the option to undertake pro-bono work, which counts towards your billables.

Work with multinational, ASX listed and large private clients on complex litigation advising on a broad range of disputes, including commercial, corporate, insolvency and construction disputes.

Who we are looking for:

We would like to speak with Litigation Lawyers with between 2-6 years’ PAE with a practical, solutions-focused mindset and strong technical skills. You will have experience working from either a top/mid-tier law firm or from a leading boutique looking to step into a true national firm.
