Senior Associate - Property

With demand for Senior Associate level Employment and Workplace Relations Lawyers at an all-time high we are currently partnering with a top-tier firm to secure a senior lawyer to join their high-performing practice. With a global presence, the firm acts for a diverse client base, including multinationals, ASX-listed companies, and SMEs.

About the role:

Collaborate with industry-leading Partners and a forward-thinking team. The role covers a broad spectrum of employment and workplace relations matters.

In this role, you will drive your own case files and engage directly with clients. Your key responsibilities may include:

• Advising on employment contracts, awards and workplace policies.

• Running workplace investigations and implementing outcomes.

• Guiding stakeholders on workplace rights and anti‑discrimination obligations.

• Supporting restructures, outsourcing and change processes.

• Delivering workplace training and overseeing WHS/OH&S compliance.

• Providing strategic industrial relations advice.

• Managing industrial action and workplace disputes.

• Coordinating employment‑related litigation and dispute resolution.

Who we are looking for:

We would like to speak with lawyers with 5-10 years’ PAE with strong experience across employment, IR or WHS from a top/mid-tier firm or in-house legal team. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for ER/IR and a commitment to client service.
