As the company continues to grow rapidly and remains in constant M&A mode, they are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with expertise in corporate law, tax, and asset restructuring to play a crucial role in supporting its growth.
About the role:
Working closely with the General Counsel and board of directors, you will be responsible for providing legal advice to the business on corporate, M&A, tax, and tax-driven structuring, compliance, and governance across multiple entities.
Who we’re looking for:We would like to speak with Senior Lawyers from law firms or companies who bring a combination of commercial and tax legal expertise, strong commercial acumen, and decision-making capabilities.
