A prominent national firm is looking to appoint an experienced Construction & Projects Partner (or senior lawyer ready for partnership) with the drive and commercial acumen to build and lead its WA practice group.

The firm is widely recognised for its expertise across major infrastructure projects, commercial construction, property development, and dispute resolution, advising a broad range of energy, mining & resources, transport & logistics companies, GTEs, and major principals/operators. The firm is also a law firm of choice for developers, contractors, and government agencies on complex, high-value matters.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape strategic initiatives and contribute to the firm’s broader growth plans in WA. You’ll have the platform to:

• Advise on high-value infrastructure and major property development projects, from front-end procurement and contracts to complex disputes.

• Collaborate with a national network of partners, while building and leading the Construction practice in WA.

• Expand your client base with the full support of the firm, leveraging strong national relationships and cross-practice opportunities.

• Lead and mentor a team of mid-level and junior lawyers, helping to build a high-performing, client-focused practice.

We are interested in speaking with Senior Lawyers with 8-25+ years’ PAE and a transportable client network or established fee base in the vicinity of $750,000+, including high-performing SCs or SAs ready to step into a partnership role.
