KBE Legal Talent has been briefed to secure a Construction Lawyer at Partner or SC/SA level, to establish a Construction Law team at a rapidly growing boutique firm.

The ideal Partner or SC/SA will have significant experience working at a top/mid-tier or leading boutique firm, with a self-established client base of $200k+ in transferable fees.

Working with the firm's impressive client list, this role will involve advising across both front-end and litigation matters. The successful candidate will bring quality experience across the following:

• Construction, infrastructure and engineering projects, from feasibility through to operations and dispute management

• Third party rights and agreements

• Construction contracts

• Market risks and strategic objections

• Construction litigation strategy, dispute avoidance and resolution
